Plant

With more than 8,000 m2, it was designed and built by the best professionals in Europe.

The technology and facilities used in all processes have been supplied by the German company Lurgi Life Science. The plant operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We have a production capacity of 4,800 tons/year of 99.5% refined glycerin USP/EP.

Plant

Our plant is located in Caparroso (Navarra), and had an initial investment of more than 25 million euros, being one of the most important in Spain.

The technology and plants used in all processes have been supplied by the German company Lurgi Life Science. The plant operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We have a production capacity of 4,800 tons/year of 99.5% refined glycerin USP/EP.

Laboratory

All our products are controlled by personnel from our Laboratory. It analyzes the different control samples that are taken from the reception of the raw material to the release of the final product, under strict quality standards.

All equipment is subject to an annual calibration, verification and maintenance program. The analysis methods used are in accordance with recognized standards such as UNE-EN, ISO, ASTM, BSI, AOCS and others accepted by the industry.

Facilities.

Among the facilities of our plant we have a terminal for receiving and dispatching trucks. We have multiple lines enabled for product loading and unloading that speed up logistics operations, being able to carry out several operations simultaneously.

Storage

We have a large storage capacity in the plant thanks to our adapted tank park, which allows us to be more efficient by minimizing movements, optimizing costs and reducing time.

Location

Our plant is strategically located in Caparroso (Navarra). This location has easy land access to both the Mediterranean corridor and the capital. We are close to the main distribution and collection centers for the finished product and raw material, such as the ports of Valencia, Barcelona and Bilbao.
